Memory - How do you plan a memorial for your baby?

This image is from the day we held a memorial at our home for our twins, Jude and Quinton.

I made the decision to share their photos from their ultrasounds as well as their hats they wore in the hospital and they Certificates of Birth that we were given as well.

All of this resides in a memory box that we received in the hospital that was left for a family like us from another family that had lost their child, Reagan, the same year as us. The parents made an effort to provide this for us. We had no idea at the time how special this would be to us.
